Do you have to have the oil pressure sensor plugged in to get spark? I recently did a swap and have everything but it plugged it because it’s broke ATM but the cars not getting spark. I already replaced the plugs plug wires and coil pack

No.

Welcome to the site. To be more helpful we need to know what car your working on and what you swapped.
Filling out a profile for it would help.

Does the starter engage and turn the engine over?
Does the ECU power up?

No.

Working on a 98 gs the starter engages and the engine cranks it just has no spark I swapped it with another 2.0 non turbo, all lights turn on radio and all just won’t start

Like Steve said, the oil pressure sensor should have no effect on ignition. Usual problems with the 420A are the crankshaft position sensor, connector, or harness issue. Rarely does the ECU give any trouble. Time to pull out the multimeter.
