Hey guys, im dropping off my rods to set my wrist pin clearance. The Rods are Eagle CR5900MA3D and Pistons are Wiseco K559M855.
im looking at setting up the rod wrist pin clearance to .001" anyone have experience with this?
i have a kiggly girdle installed, with a PTPE 6262 with Kelford 276/272HL Cams on Kiggly High pressure springs, ARP everything.
i dont really have a power goal, but the turbo can flow up to 60/lbs a minute, however i doubt my genuine Cyclone intake manifold and stock unported head will flow that much.

what do you guys think? should i go looser or tighter?
also, is there any machining the needs to be done to the piston? they should be good to go i believe.
thanks.

.001" is a generally plenty on a full floating wrist pin setup. If your constantly going to see RPM's over 8,500 or more then 30 psi of boost, adding a 1/2 thousandths isn't a bad idea.
