ok over the christmas holidays i ordered a eagle wiseco setup for my 420a. they came in yesterday and i was woundering how many of you guys used the rings that came with the pistons or went with another brand of rings. i would like to know what kind of power these pistons and the rings can handel

Power handling isn't really the question. Weisco pistons and their provided rings can handle gobs of power. The task you will have will be getting the rest of the engine ready for increased power and then tuning it well without detonating it. I'd trust Weisco to know what rings work well on their pistons.

Knock, developing hot-spots and overheating kills pistons faster than anything, and that's mostly all in the tune. The only other issue I know of is mechanical timing, and I'm not sure if the 420a is an interference type engine, but misaligned T-belts have certainly cost a few pistons and valves on 4G63s.

yea right now im building a nicely built motor to be able to handel a good bit of boost. i still havent decided what turbo setup im going back with when the motors done but i am sure that i will be tuning with megasquirt. im sure that the pistons will hold up with what i plan on doing
