Hello, I just acquired a 90 talon tsi 1st gen awd turbo
My question is
what is this wire suppose to connect to.
from the alternator wires

Also my car has a start problem in which is takes 5-6 times to crank before it starts
what could the problem
are my fuses on the positive side correct?
