Hi everyone, 1990 talon, practically built from ground up. I just changed to sd setup. Installed a aem wide band as direction say. Works when start but had and oil guages pinned all the way. Turn lights on and wide band shuts off. Wondering if brown wire for analog - to pin #17 isn't a ground. Any suggestions, thx

Can you tell us how you have it wired up (complete wiring), you might have one wire hooked up different.
The signal of the brown wire is an output from the gauge, it shouldn't be grounded, it will better cap off (leave it along) if you don't need it for logging.

Give us details of your wiring,.

Looks like you have the failsafe gauge which is different then the link posted by PrimerPlus.
