Starter Relay Wiring Issues!!

So I'm running an Evo 8 ecu in my 2gb gst. I have completely made a engine wiring harness for my car. I have an issue with no crank. The starter relay wiring is fubar'd. The ground wires are fine, but one side of the start powered side is not connected ( side that gets power). Were the hell does it connect?? Also, with my tactrix cable, I cannot get it to connect. But when I install the ecu into my buddies car, it connects instantly and will re-flash with no issues.

I just fixed it! I have spark and fuel, but will not tuen on.

Fixed that too!! Forgot to hook up the fuel pump power wire...
