starter relay wiring

My car has fool power all the terminals are tight and battery reads full voltage even while cranking. Only thing the car doors is make a slight humming noise from behind the stereo area, is there a relay wire behind the radio and I'd do what one and where, I already checked the starter and it's good.

Is there are problem you're trying to fix? Yes, there are multiple relays including the mpi relay and one for turn signals and such.
