Wiring harness

At some point in my wiring harness project I miss labeled two identical wires that I need help figuring out where they go. I checked the FSM only to find nothing that I needed. Anyways, I have two Green/black wires coming from the B-53 ECU connector, #17 and #21. One goes to the ISC A-54 and the other to the front harness. Just need to know which goes to which. Hopefully someone knows because I can't stare at wiring diagrams anymore. There starting to look like Egyptian hieroglyhics to me.

The Green/Black wire from ECU pin 17 goes to the IAC pin 3.
The Green/Black wire from ECU pin 21 goes to the Radiator Fan Relay (LO1).
