Will this Temporary setup be fine?

So I've got bad creeping issues with my 16g. Causing me to hit unsafe boost levels on stock injectors. I've got my intake pipe setup for my 3g MAF, the MAF adapter, and evo 560cc injectors. I was going to run the 3g MAF with the Evo Injectors together with no tune until I can get my tactrix cable. I'm logging with Evoscan currently. Would I be alright with this setup until then? I know my tune won't be perfect. I'm pretty confident in trying sine the 1g guys use the 2g maf with Evo's just fine.

Why not do something to help alleviate the problem? Like porting the flapper?

I don't have the tools to do it. Or the money to get them honestly. But I just want to know if anyone else has tried this and had no issues other than some bad gas mileage.

I see no reason why you would install them without all the proper supporting mods. Just for the sake of doing it?

The car will probably be pig rich, and run like shit too.

You can't afford a $10 dremel? I find that doubtful.

Some fines, college, phone bill, high insurance, and gas from living far from town and working at BurgerKing make it tough. . The 1g guys usually say the 2g maf and 560's work fine for them. Not perfect but fine.

The reason why the 2g MAF and 550/560 injectors works for the 1g is because the 2g MAF reports ~20% less airflow and the injectors are ~20% larger than stock. I'm not sure how much more/less airflow the 3g MAF reports to the ECU, but you would want injectors in that same range. I believe I read some 1g guys saying the 3g MAF and 660's were a good match. But even then, it will most likely run very poorly without tuning the A/F ratio.

I would try running a boost line straight to the wastegate to see if that helps with creep.

You should be fine running the 3G maf and 560s, remember search is always your friend.

I tried straight wastegate pressure but it still creeps badly. Even more so now that it's getting colder here. I think I'm going to try my luck with this combo.

It's not going to magically stop creeping till you deal with the cause of the problem.
