i got an o2 housing from a friend its an aftermarket ss and its made for the 14b acording to the box... but they trubo and the housing's o2 side dont match...the turbo outlet is larger than the o2 housing's does it matter?

What you mean is the wastegate passage is larger on the turbo than on the o2 housing. Doesn't matter. You can grind the o2 housing to open it up some, but it's not at all necessary.

Port the o2 housing while it's off the car.

theres not much i can port of it but i will polish and smoth it to have better flow.

Are you planning on using it on a 14b? If you try it on anything larger you might run into some boost creep due to the restriction. Judging by the picture you should be alright though with that slight restriction on a 14b

yes im running it with a 14b...BUT the 14b is ported....do you guys think it will cause creep?...
my friend told me its way better than the stock o2 housing.

I honestly don't think it will cause any creep. If you were to step it up to a 18 or 20g then it may become an issue but the 14b should be just fine. If it did begin to creep it would take just a few minutes of porting and you'd be all set!
