Will this make 350hp??

I have a 2g tsi awd 95. Eprom ecu, ecmlink, fmic,660cc densos, hks ssqv bov, hks external, external dump, 20g evo 8 turbo ported , 255 wally, 3 inch megan down pipe, 3 inch straight pipe, act2600, safcII, injen intake and tomei afpr... Im looking to make 350 hp to all wheels. Will this be enough to make 350hp?? If so at around what psi should I have it considering its gonna be a Daily driver.

No offense, but this is the definition of bench racing.

If you want to know how much power your car makes, take it to a dyno. There have been 16G setups that made 500whp and GT42R setups that have made 350.
