It is just the core on ebay.

I'm just wondering if the mounting points will line up and if my piping would work.

You aren't giving up safety by removing that bumper support. It serves two purposes: A mounting and resting point for the bumper cover, and also a cushion for impacts of 5mph or less. Other than that, it doesn't do anything. Those crash supports are actually called "5mph crash bumpers" or something to that effect.

How big is the Dejon's street core? they no longer make it from the emails i got from them. Id like to get a core about the same size.

I have this intercooler, it is the same as the one Dejon uses for their street series. Call him up and ask him for the mounting brackets for his street intercooler. I got the upper and lower pipes along with the mounting brackets through him. I put about an inch and a half worth of washers to inbetween the bracket and intercooler to lower it so it would clear under my fogs. I love this set-up. Pics are in my profile. It has 3" inlet and outlets just like Dejons pipes which also come with the couplers and the pipes reduce to the 2.5 then whatever type of turbo you have it will mate up to it with the options of the piping, i would highly suggest you look into it.
