Will this intercooler fit a 93 gsx easily?

Its a 10.5"x3"

Are the supports that are welded to it easily removable if they are in the wrong place?

The ETS core on the ETS website looks like the outlets are in the middle of the endtanks, whereas this one is at the top or the bottom im not sure which way its supposed to go.

Will these outlets fit with a 1g dsm? This core was designed for a gvr4 with a short route piping.

Well with most fmic you will need some cutting there are many pics of fmic installs I guess im confused why you want to weld anything not needed, trim the crash beam easy, not sure depend on your skill its quite easy to do I got my tool and cut my beam made my openings for the piping took about a week with some patience.

Ok here is a picture of them right next to each other. My question is will the end tank outlets interfere with things on the 1G since this core was designed for a vr4? Notice the difference in location of outlets.

Those look too high up I would grab the one for your car, if your spending the money.

well i already have this one thats why i was asking if it would work. I guess not

i just noticed the VRSF 1g FMIC kit is similar in end tank design but the core is only 8" not 10.5".

so it gives me hope but if i feel like it would just be a headache.

I have the ETS 1g race kit on my car and it fits nicely. I would recommend you get that.
