Will this housing work?

I currently have a Turbonetics T04E 57 trim with a bolt on housing. I have an opportunity to get a holset HX35 for next to nothing and was curious if my exhaust housing would be able to be used as a bolt on for the holset. Kind of difficult to tell from the only pic i have at the moment (I am11hrs away from home at work right now) but it seems to be similar to a bep bolt on housing, I believe its a .63 AR, but the part where the center section bolts to it looks as tho it should work as it looks the same as the holset(altho I could be completely wrong). If anybody can clarify from the crappy pic I provided you would be a big help, and if not I will post a better pic next monday when I get home. This turbo is currently bolted on to a stock ported 2G manifold with this housing. thanx-Gary

I've heard of people machining the T3 manifold from normal t3/t4 hybrids to work with the hx35's turbine wheel to use it on a t3 manifold so i would imagine if the turbine wheel is s standard t31 (stage II or III) then your housing could be bolted on to use the hx's CHRA,

I'd be willing to try the machining for you ( i machine daily for a living from my shop) if you'd want to come off that 57 compressor wheel (i just tookl off my 57 trim because the compressor wheel was toobeat up, would like another to put it baclk together)

Won't even be close to working without extensive machining, and that's assuming your Turbonetics unit has a turbine wheel that is smaller than the HX35 turbine. If your existing turbine wheel is larger than the HX35 turbine, there's no possible way it can work.

should put a disclaimer... *without the right tools and skills* there's no possible way it can work.. determination, machining tools and welding skills can do almost anything with metal LOL

just bustin your chops bud :D
