I don't seem to have any problems running my 65lbs/min turbo at 28-30psi with completely stock 90 longblock, so that'll answer the HG and headstud question. The 35r is a great street turbo for a 2.0L, maybe the best out there for making big power and having great response whether it be transient or lag in general. The gt40 compressor will really start to wake up past 24psi but it'll still make decent power at 20psi as well. Probably the best feature about the 35r is that it gives you the ability to grow. Maybe start with pump gas and 20-22psi and run 11s, assuming you have the supporting mods for the turbo to begin with, then if you feel like going 10s, or perhaps even 9s, it can be done with this turbo.
