Simple enough question. I'm not near the car at the moment so I can't pull tcu codes but here's what happened.
Normal highway driving and check engine light comes on. Nothing happened no random shifts or anything out of normal. Soni traded cars with my wife and she took the eclipse home which is 250 miles from where I'm at now.
My nephew hooked up my scanner and 3 codes. One was the generic trans code p1750. I don't know what the other 2 were cause he didn't scroll the list....
But my question really is, I'm leaking a bit of fluid from the pan around a stripped bolt which I plan to drill and tap to a new bolt this weekend to solve my leak. But before I get to the car and put my meter on it to check the tcu codes will low fluid cause the tcu to throw codes resulting in my p1750 code?
I'm hoping and believing that's the only thing going on because the car was running perfect and shifting perfect and cruising great at 80 mph and made it home no issues at all after I swapped cars with my wife and she had to drive it 45 minutes from where she met me with the car.
Thanks jon
