No, they will not work.

Stock 1g turbo M/Ts have 450cc injectors and the A/Ts have 390cc injectors. Each respective ECU will compensate for ONLY those injectors unless you have a tuning device. The pink 4g63 N/T injectors are rated at around 240ccs.
