Yes, you will need something to compensate for the injectors. 750's are just outside the recommended range for an SAFC so I would go with ECMTuning V3Lite. It is an outstanding, easy to use, and affordable tuning/logging system.

Those injectors are paper weights until you decide on your fuel management system. As Nate posted, ECMLink v3 is a very wise and smart investment. You also have the flashable 98/99 ECU option as well. Both will be able to log internally which you want for any kind of tuning.
