Alright I'm doing a small build for the summer. I really want to hit 350 whp what does everyone think?

Bulid
Crower(not brian crower) 264/272
arp head studs
bse
evo 3 intake
ported 2g exhaust
small 16g with a 7cm exhaust housing. (specs out bigger than the big 16g)
greddy fmic long rout pipes
750cc injectors(its gonna be close on size)
ecmlink of course
walbro 255l
act2600 with sbc kevlar disc
open dump fp exhaust housing into a 3in down pipe with 2.5 cat back
e85

Might be missing a few things

So what are the thoughts? am I missing something that will limit me?

You should hit 300 easy but 350 I'm not too sure about.

Injectors are to small.

that's what i'm thing but i was running that turbo to 20 psi on a stock car with e85 upgrades and was only pulling 72% duty cycle

This, they'd be fine on gas but not E85. Also there's done stuff you really don't need in there, but it's your money.

What don't you think i need? i already have everything lying around but the cams

You'll need an AFPR with the Walbro 255 fuel pump. You can definitely hit your 350whp goal with an Evo 3 16g or big 16g but you might be pushing it a little with a small 16g.

not true!!! the stock can hold down the walbro with e85(only because it takes so much more e85 to run). Had it that way for over a year with no problem. (i am going get an afpr if i can afford one)

Keep in mind i have that large exhaust housing. i should get a little better flow.

You don't need:
bse
evo 3 intake
ported 2g exhaust

You can use a lighter clutch.
You can probably get away with OEM cams, and OEM head studs, but if you have them both already may as well drop them in. If you don't have the cams yet I'd build it without them and see how high you can get it. The OEM cams will keep your power curve lower, and since you're wanting a DD, and because the S16G spools fast, if you can hit your goals with OEM cams you'd be better off not to change them.

you dont need a afpr but it would be a good idea. the problem running a big fp is not the oem fuel pressure regulator, it is the syphon tube in the gas tank. enlarge the spyphon hole and you should be fine.
also 1000cc injectors should be fine with 20psi and e85.

yeah i already have all that lying around the only thing i don't have is the cams.
But i'm going to get a good deal on the crower 264/272 which i think is good fit for this application. i want to do it all right now because the motor is out for the clutch. and i took it apart to put the head studs in and clean it up.

Just remember that one of the guys in my "car guy group" has PTE 1200cc injectors for sale so that takes care of my injector problems.

Look at the dyno charts offered on this site, couch dynos don't mean a whole lot and that's why they are frowned upon on this forum.

How much boost are you going to run? what other drivetrain mods have you done?

p.s. how reliable is the e85 in your area? In my town theres only a few places that offer e85 and at both places the ratings have been all over the place.

I've been on e85 for almost a year now and have no intention of ever going back LOL. There is only about 3 places to get it here and 1 where i go to school. But that's all i need. I'm confident that e85 makes more power than gas and meth and we have proven it on a different car.
