Will a EVO 6 16G work on 1G?

Well I've found a good deal on a EVO 6 16G and was wondering if it'll bolt up to my 1G. It is a TD05 housing and all, but I'm not sure. Here are some pics of it if it'll help any, no exhaust manifold foot prints though =\

What on it makes it not fit? The manifold flange? to big? etc

its backwards, the intake side would be facing your alternator.

it could work, nothing is impossible,

we are finishing a project right now that everyone said was imposssible we put t evo 8 16g on my 95 talon, grant it we did have to order a custom exhaust manifold from japan, and do some custom work, but it can be done, pending on how much you want to spend and work.

also i have a turbo pontiac grand am, completly custom, so yes it can be done

He didn't ask if it would "work", of course it will work you can make anything work if you have enough time/money.

He asked if it would "bolt up", which it will not.

I dont think it would be too tough. Put it on the same way as your turbo sits now (which would be backwards in a evo 6) You would have to do all custom lines (coolant/oil) off the turbo and custom fit a down pipe and a lower IC pipe. I would go for it
