1G Will a 2.0L exhaust fit a 1.8l (everything except the exhaust manifold)

I have a base model 1991 eclipse with a 1.8l that needs the entire exhaust system except the manifold. And in normal 1.8l nature there are no parts that specifically say 1.8l fit. But there are plenty that say it would fit a 2.0l. So I was wondering if I could use the 2.0l exhaust.

I cannot answer for complete fit, but it does have the same flange at the exhaust manifold (uses the same gasket) so it should bolt up there without issue. I imagine what you'll run into is overall length differences and the locations of the hangers, relative to the exhaust manifold flange. That said, I'm sure it could be made to work without too much issue. What it would take, exactly, maybe someone else can help with that.
