420A Wiggle in steering wheel in 3rd, 4th, and 5th gears

When im going down the road or hopping on the freeway and i get into third or up gears the steering wheel tends to wobble. Now i know that its usually cause of uneven tire wear, but the tires are both brand new. Could it be because the arn't balanced tires?

I would check the lower ball joint, both of mine went out and it was a factory recall on our cars.

Get them balanced and wheel shimmy will disappear.

Why you don't notice the shimmy in the first two gears is that the tires aren't rotating fast enough to allow the heavy side of the tire to "pull" the vehicle in that direction.

Get them balanced and check alignment, but I would still check all of your suspension to make sure all is good anyways!
