I have a weird oil leak that i have no idea what it could be. It has a very small drip when it is sitting there for a while. I cant find any leak when the car is idling, but whenever i drive, i loose almost all of the oil. It is all over the timing belt side of the engine. Any idea what could be squirting oil only when i am driving around?

I had similar symptoms with a cracked valve cover. Same symptoms can be from valve cover gasket. I would only leak when there was high crank case pressure/ boosting times. Wasn't ever a big leak but it made a mess. I first cleaned all of the oily mess and let it idle for an hour or so, but the leak wouldn't show up. Ended up the valve cover was cracked by the cam gears. Cant be sure this is your problem but its is easiest to check.

i had that same problem too and it was the head gasket....and the #1 cly. and piston were melted there was no oil leak at idle but when i reved it up i soon found the problem oil everywhere just be sure to check the simple things
