Okay guys I did do some searching but came up short on 1g leaks like mine. I recently (2 days ago) went to the southside to visit my friend and also visit his local junkyard. I was about 10 min from my destination when I noticed my coolant shot up really fast. I think my headgasket is gone, thats why I am always looking at the temp gauge. Anyway, turns out when I replaced all of the old coolant lines, I missed 1 little line behind the alternator/oil filter. Well we did that and all was good. After my 1 hour drive home, all seems in order. But yesterday on my way from my gf house to mine, the car was slowly creeping up the temp meter. It was pouring yesterday so I didnt have a chance to look, I did today though. Below is a picture I took. Please tell me what I can do, IE jbweld it or find a way to put a rubber line on it. Thanks guys.

O and just to help you all locate it, its above the oil return off the turbo. Its a skinny metal line next/on the block. If you follow the water from the oil return line up, thats the one

Theres the line by them 2 bolts to the right of the pic. It looks, old, probaly has a tiny crack or hole somewere. Kind of a real pain to take off with the turbo still on the car.

Im not sure what it would be called to be honest. It has to be a feed or return like because its a constant little stream. Not really pressure behind it, but it just keeps coming out. Think I can just put a rubber hose like the other coolant lines on top of it?

I replaced all of the "old lines" about 4 months ago and didnt see this one. So this one gave out on me on the highway like I stated above. I fixed/ replaced it, but now this pops up. It looks like a tiny crack or gash in the metal pipe. Can I fix it by putting rubber hose and 2 clamps?

I don't see why not. It might get really hot, but I've seen rubber lines right next to the turbine side of turbos on some cars. I would even go as far as putting HI temp RED RTV over the crack or hole area, then putting over the rubber hose. I've sealed many leaky gaskets that way and it holds up fine, just a little half a**.

Ok guys it turns out that there was a hairline crack in the line from the coolant housing that goes under the block to OFH. I picked up some Steel Seal, and let it harden for the hour it said on the box. All was good after that. Thanks
