wierd engine problems?

It leaks oil around the turbo area, and its real sluggish, i floor the gas and it barely goes above 3k, it kinda feels like the turbo isnt even working. ive heard the ECU can go into something called "Limp Mode", i dont have a catalytic converter and i have a little exhaust leak could that cause it to go into limp mode, and what exactly is limp mode and what does it do to your car? thank you.

If you have a leak around the turbo area I wouldn't be driving it and trying to get up past
3k rpm and flooring it. You are going to cause some serious damage to your car.
First, work on the oil leak. Take a bucket of soapy water and some degreaser to wash the engine bay down to get all the oil and dirty crap out and dry it off. Next, go get a UV leak detector kit to figure out where the oil is coming from and fix it.

"Limp mode" happens when your car detects misfires or other serious problems with the engine such as detonation. It helps you because it won't let you accelerate and cause more damage, and an exhaust leak won't cause it to go into limp mode.
