So I have a stock 2nd gen except for a 255 LPH Fuel Pump, FPR, Cold Air Intake, Metal Intercooler piping, 1st gen bov, MBC, and an Evo 3 16 G ported. I just purchased the Evo III o2 Housing but haven't installed yet. When I manually increase the throttle at the engine, after pressing the throttle down, the vibration from the engine is hurting my hands, and I am not pressing it down real hard. I have never felt that much vibration before. This started happening after I installed the new turbo. Is this really bad, any ideas what might be causing it, and will this cause any serious damage to the engine?

I would really appreciate any help. I may be being a little paranoid, but since I bought the car, I have had to replace the engine and three turbos. (Fault of different mechanics I used, which is why I do all my own work now on the car.)

Check harmonic balancer (main pulley) for separation. Also, you didn't just have the timing belt off did you (or water pump which requires TB removal)? Then possibly front balancer shaft belt broken or rear one not in correct phase (360 out)? And if you are having that much vibration, yes, it will seriously damage something!

Is the Harmonic Balancer (Main Pulley) the one on the crank? If not, where would it be? I have not pulled the timing belt off recently. The only time it was off, was when I was installing the new engine in February and didn't have a problem at that point.
