Very simple, its a mirror picture. He/she must have mistakenly inverted the picture before posting it. Just look at the windshield wipers, they're flipped too.

Idk whats up with that. But it seems wrong. Also who ever said something about the windshield wipers there flipped in all the pictures. And you cant invert a outside body pic without exstensive photoshoping. Either way text him and get him to send you fresh pics.
