2g running wierd

Hey guys/gals, i just finished a build here, for break in im running everything stock(injectors, boost, etc) The problem im having is, at about 4500 rpm, the car will fall on its face, wont built boost, and wont rev while moving. Runs awesome sitting still, revs anywhere i want to. Heres the mod list:

Wiseco 9:1 pistons
manley rods
eagle 88mm crank
stock injectors
BIG MHI 16g
FMIC (NO LEAKS)
DSMlink, set to stock tune
BC 280 cams, built head
greddy type S BOV
AEM EUGO


Havnt had a chance to get a log yet, i think its just pulling timing way back.
Its also going pig rich when it gets near 4500 rpm, or when the studdering commences, maxes out the eugo at 10.0:1
Let me repeat, there are NO boost leaks.
motor has about 800 miles on it, under 4k rpm, no boost yet.

P.S. This is not my first build, i have done this a few times before, and i have tried all the usual suspects, and just havnt found anything i would think is the problem.

Plugs wires, coil pack, fixed my boost leaks i thought not found some more .

Plugs, and wires are new, coil packs are good. The Car runs fine under no load.

if car runs fine with no load and your ignition system checks out, check your MAF . is the check engine light on?

CEL is not on, however i have egr, and a few other items unchecked in link. I finally got the laptop with link on it back, ill be getting a log and see whats going on. Hopefully it points to something.
