Wierd clicking noise while driving

I have this odd clicking noise that comes from my engine bay while driving. It doesnt happen all the time but more often than not. It only happens while on the throttle over 1.5k rpms and only while in gear. It's a rythmic ticking it stays the same as rpm's go up, I think it may go on through all the rpm's above 1.5k but its too hard to hear with exerything else. Any Ideas on what my noise is?

I have three things which come to mind first.
1) lifter tick
2) bad timing belt tensioner
3) exhaust leak (manifold and/or gasket)

what di you do before it happened

I bought the car with some damage to the front end, Had it all replaced. I'm thinking something somewhere is loose. It's not lifter tick because i have the topline revised lifters and i don't think its an exhaust leak.

could be ecu read my post about it and see if you have similar symptoms

If its behind the radio i say ecu. If its from the engine i say lifter tick?

If it's coming from the engine it could be a bad bearing on one of the items on the accessories belt (ac, power steering, alternator).
