wideband reading lean on idle

During idle when i start my car, the innovate mtx-l wideband reads 18-20 cold, when it gets warmer it reads 15-17. After i run it hard, it reads 13-16. If i shut it off and turn it back on, it reads 18-19. Full boost pulls read 10.5-11.2 which i heard is normal. The sensor is 22inches away from the turbo as the flex pipe is in the way. Theres a consecutive misfire at idle along with the lean readings. Im confused and dont want to mess with things till i get opinions. Please help.:banghead::banghead:
 
Check your spark plugs for correct gap as that will cause a misfire. Also is the wide band running narrow band Sim or still have front o2. May check your front o2 if you still have it.
this is running on its own port. i still have front o2 and i have the wideband sensor. The wideband sensor is giving its own readings. And spark plugs are brand new, gapped to .028
 
New wires, coil, plugs, changed injectors, good fpr 37-40 psi, good compression all accross
 
Do you have DSMLINK or something to log with? If so you can log the front O2 Sensor. In DSMLINK it should cycle between 0.20 and 0.80 at Idle. You should log closed loop as well to make sure that you are in closed loop at Idle. If you aren't in closed loop then you have to figure out why and fix it so that you are in closed loop at Idle.

did you weld the exhaust mani and O2 housing to the turbine housing?
Did you then weld the down pipe to the O2 housing?
I don't think you had everything welded it wouldn't make sense, An exhaust leak anywhere before or around the O2 could give bad reading's...just saying.
 
I wouldn't be concerned with it running lean at idle. So don't worry yourself with it to much, as long as it runs fine under throttle everything should be ok. But just check for any leaks before the O2 sensor, also is the sensor at the correct angle? If it's not set right it could be reading different. Also 10.5 is a little rich for full boost, maybe not for drag cars but for a daily driver I would try to get it to around 11 minium.

No, i had o2 housing welded to downpipe. That only leaves o2 to hotside, and turbo to mani, and mani to head, but theyre all tight

I'd suggest making sure every things very very clean and double check for exhaust leaks again pre-wideband, sometimes they're not very obvious.....
Also try re-calibrating the wideband again and be darn sure its getting the exact needed voltage.
Look up the resistance specs for the O2 sensor and check that as well, then check the signal wire to the ECU.
Which wire output from the wideband did you use and where did you tap it into the ecu harness?

I haven't wired it into the ecu. I was going to wait till i got link, so i can log. I have it grounded and powered, and connected tothe sensor.
