why won't MMCd work?

Been trying like heck to get MMCD to work on my car. I have two cables and neither work. What's wierd is it will read codes on the palm and clear them as well as test sensors. However I cannot get any engine management to work. Car is a '93 Talon AWD project I have. The cable is obviosly communicating as it will read codes. I used the same palm and cables with other DSM's I had years ago. All the settings are at the default ones.

Make sure the baud rate is set correct. Its one of the two lower values in settings. Like 1953 or something like that.
If it still doesn't work the cable is probably bad. I have two cables, one that attaches to the OBD port to the serial end, and the palm cable which attaches to the serial end and the palm. This second cable was bad on me - the wires are so easily broken since they're so thin/tiny.

Did you tap on the names of loggable things? You need to select the things you want to see. For example, tap on "RPM" if you want to see rpm.

Thanks for the suggestions, but it was some thing DUMB. Here I somehow had version 1.0, I installed version 1.8 and it works ducky.
