why cant i get started or stay started

im havin that problem right now. im tryin to find out if anyone knows what might be going on with my car. it was just rebuilt and we just replaced the crank sensor and 'crank disk?' but my car does not start on the first try, it will start and cut right the hell off. and anytime i start to stop my car cuts off, so as u can imagine, everytime i need to stop i have to sit there for like 2 minutes tryin to get it to start. does anybody know what might be the problem. could it be i need to reflash the ecu, how would i do this, or would it be somethin else

Okay, so you say sometimes it won't start, when it does it cuts right off. I got that. Then you say "when you start to stop" ...does that mean you drove it and as you were stopping it died? Just trying to determine if you are moving or not.
