This might be a stupid question but what does WHP stand for i see it in magazines can someone please tell me.

wheel horse power, the power that your car is actually delivering to the wheels,.... if your car has 300bhp that means that at the crank your car is producing 300 horse power, but your car will not make 300 horse power at the wheel, it will make like 270ish at the wheels,.... also, different drivetrains loose different ammounts of horsepower from the crank to the wheel... awd is the most, while fwd is significantly less... basically the less mass and friction you have between your engine and your tires, the higher your whp/bhp ratio will be...
