Just curious if anyone has tried ebays cheap slotted and drilled rotors. I'm thinking about it but hate to gamble on something as important as brakes. It would be for a DD. Thanks.

Why do you want drilled and slotted rotors? You do realize your stopping power is less than with blanks, they aren't machineable, and are generally low quality, right?
So are drilled and slotted rotors are almost bad?? I thought it helped out the pads from getting hot? Correct me if I'm wrong.

You're confused. Those vehicles do not come equipped with eBay drilled and slotted rotors.
You can turn them....
Can and should are two different things. Be careful what you post. I wouldn't want someone's life ending because they followed poor advice.
Drilled and slotted are more for drag racing. (i recommend slotted for a dd) slotted rotors vent the gases that buildup between pads and the rotor causing the pads to sit flush against the rotor stopping better but also heats up quicker. and they do not work as well from a cold start. I wouldn't go drilled, prone to cracking (if overheated) and pointless unless u plan on drag racing. I wouldn't go with e-bay either. I got EBC slotted for 120 online, work great, make a little noise when cold but once i brake a few times they grab good. and you can turn drilled and slotted rotors, just sounds funny while doing it. just remember you get what you pay for.
theres nothing dangerous about turning slotted rotors as long as you know how to use the lathe properly
