whistle sound from 0-1500rpm

Ok Now this is weird....I have this like not quite a whistle but high pitch noise from 0-1500 then it stops then a split second later around 2k the turbo kicks it and I hear that spool. Is this some kind of leak or something else please help!

Check your filter and all clamps. Boost leak? How loud is it? Does it sound like air leaking or mechanical whining?

its hard to explain I might take a video of it later then it would be easier to tell it doesnt sound like a pressure leak, but more or a howling??? I dont know how to explain it
