2G Whining noise from timing belt area?

On my way home from work and downshifted to third then second normal driving went around the corner and heard a whining from my engine bay. Got home and this is the noise it’s making, what happened?

Update I started it this morning and it wasn’t making the noise so now I’m confused

Only thing I hear is some plastic rubbing or rattle. If that's the case, check the timing belt cover??? Don't hear a whining noise.
