Which wide band?

Getting rady to oreder a wideband. Are there any major differences I should consider? I like the aem and the lc1.

Same here I would to know as well. I'm also planning on getting ECMLink in the near future and which one is friendly to log with.

The AEM is not so friendly with link. The Innovate LC-1 is the piece to go with when coupled with link.

Innovate is considered the best by many. A lot of people run the AEM with no problem. Some users say AEM has caused some problems logging with ECMlink though.

I have the AEM with link and it's been a hassle getting it to work with link. I still can't match up the reading on the AEM unit to the reading on link. IMO, got with the LC-1, I will get it soon enough as well.

I dont have link just a pocket logger and safc,dont plan on getting link in this car. Saving all that for another DSM. The lc1 is propably what im going with. Really havent heard to many bad things about it. THanks for the opnions guys.

Here's our opinion on the AEM.

It's the only WB kit out there that gives us so much support grief that we felt it necessary to create a specific page for it...

That said, I hear the newer kits (mentioned on that page as well) are a lot better. They certainly seem to be in the few logs we've seen with them in it anyway.

i would go with NGK AFX Easy to use ,easy to log with Ecmlink

I have been using my Zeitronix for probably around 4 years now. It has aways worked great and still does. It also includes an LCD screen so you can see your AFR at all times, not just when logging.

It is also DSMlink friendly...at least with up to V2.5

Not sure how many people have used them yet, but I plan on getting the new Prosport Evo wideband. I just love the looks of them and the controller is built into the gauge. Also according to S&R they are very shallow gauges. So when the time comes for me, I am going to get all of them and end up putting them in my dash with hopes of not cutting and modding the grid, plus they are all electronic gauges.

Don't buy a prosport. I've had one, it was OK, but had zero features. An AEM, or inovate, has outputs for logging, and narrow band simulation. I have an AEM in my car, it's mounted in the stock oil pressure gauge location.

This one also has outputs for logging and I dont need narrow band sim as I am going to keep my stock sensor where it is and weld the bung on the DP. And It is using the Bosch 4.9 5 wire sensor, just like the others ( I am assuming the others use it at this point anyway)
