Which way does CAS go?

Usually when I have to take the CAS or camshaft angle position sensor off I take note as to how it was in relation the camshaft but I had to spin the engine a few times while I had it off and now I dont know which way to put it back on. I notice that here is a notch in it but I don't see what the notch relates to on the camshaft or cam gear. I couldnt find a damn thing in the shop manual on this so I figured I would post here.

There is a dot on the CAS that you are suppose to line it up with.

I know that, what do you line the dot up with?

There is a notch on the little thing that spins and there is a dot on the part that doesnt spin. Line them up.

Yep, just like matching everything up when your doing the timing belt. Theirs marks there. Just open yours eyes son

Well I really examined the camshaft where it goes on and there was no notches, just one side more polished thean another. It doesn't matter now anyways because it can only go on one of 2 ways so I just reversed it and it runs now. Thanks anyways guys.
