Hey I just bought a 91 GSX the other day, and it has a Buschur Stage 3 block in it, but has a stock exhaust mani and stock 14b. The bolts holding the turbo to the mani are broken (2) and it doesn't seal right, so of course I'm not kicking 100% ass. I figure, why go through fixing that when that turbo probably has some hard miles on it, when I can slap a 16g or equivalent on there and be done with it AND have more power at the same time. I'm not familiar with the turbos yet, but I'm thinking maybe the EVO 16g with a 2g ported mani, or maybe an aftermarket mani with a t3/t4 hybrid. Both turbos can be had new for about $500-600, so I'm not really sure which is best suited.

if you really have a fully built motor then a 16g would be a waste. nothing smaller than a 50 trim i say.

I've got the receipt...stage 3 block, knife edge crank, and 8.5:1 CR. SMIC though, I need a wicked FMIC :)
