just wondering which was actually better for swap?i have a nt with a act in it but i was thinking if i went to turbo trannny i could handle alot more power in the long run.

so like i said in the post above im looking for serious gains.so my new queston is will a turbo clutch work in a nt tranny?im running a real good nt act but will i be able to run like the act 2600 or something like that?

no i tried it.
you can't use a turbo flywheel and clutch on a nt tranny. the pressure plate rubs on the bell housing. an the slave cyclinder rod is too short.

Go with the turbo tranny. I've eaten 3 of the nt transmissions now. For a low hp build the nt with a good clutch seems to be fine, but once you upgrade the turbo or get the 14b really making some power then it starts doing some serious damage.
