Also so I have a pretty much to close stock TSi AWD. and I dont know what spark plugs i should use..
Stock Turbo.. I'll be upgrading to a HMI 16g small turbo in a few weeks..
So should I get NGK bpr6es or NGK bpr7es?

BPR6ES since your mods are still either stock or light.

You talk about changing turbo, but that's the end of the formula if you don't adjust the front of the formula with injectors to match the turbo and ECU mods to match the injectors for it all to match the turbo changeout if you're after more performance. Otherwise, you just wasted big money if you're just doing a turbo, if it's a bigger turbo.

Then, is when you want to increase the "number" in the model string of the sparkplug.
