i have a 91 eagle talon tsi awd. on the motor that came out of it it had a water cooled oil cooler. on my old 90 tsi awd it had a radiator style oil cooler. when i put my new motor in which one would you guys recommend?

im thinking about using the air cool one due to radiator fluid is already at like 180* so i dont feel it would do a better job at cooling then the air cooled external one.

Coolant and oil run at essentially the same temperatures. You should be running a 190° thermostat. The water/oil cooler will also help heat up your oil more quickly, in case you get snow like I did the last time I was in Richland.
An air-cooled cooler can't be crushed by an idiot mechanic.

It's a matter of personal choice.
