oil cooler?

Ok, i have been having a few drops of oil on the ground every morning, right under the oil filter housing, it looks like its a oil water mix? its too thin to be just oil. so my question is where can i buy a new oil filter housing or oil cooler or is there some alternative means of fixing it?

Check the vendors, a new oil cooler, dealer, find a used one or aftermarket one.

If your replacing maybe try to find a air/oil cooler and ditch the water/oil one. Can usually find them cheap used.

Have you checked your coolant and oil to make sure their not mixing?

Well, i get alot of pure white smoke out the back right after WOT/boost and now at idle. so im guessing i have a HG failure, but idk how to cheak if it is mixing in the filterhousing/cooler?

Might be turbo too, i just had a issue wot, then idle and smoke, got another one.

Cant be, just replaced it, beacuse i thought it was it tooo, but nope..

Have you changed the valve seals? My old talon started doing the same after wot and then at idle also, friend suggested the valve seals and that fixed it, it was white smoke also

I am going to have the the head gasket and valve seals replaced, along with everthing else that needs it, its got 200k miles on it and i bet the stick HG and valve seals... better safe and do it all than sorry and not at all.

If you need help you don't live too far from FFWD connection, great guys there and might be willing to help if you give em a call. They do great machine work too.

Cool, even though they may speacialize so does Toyspeed, idk if you know her but charity has a 700+hp FWD 91' gst. And she is the Head machanic there. just though i would let you know.. but thanks for the link i will call them up.

Hmm never heard of them actually. Looked them up and they look legit though the site wasn't the greatest. Either shop will be able to help ya, good luck!

Yea they just started the sight on actually showing products and stuff, but yea there a big name in tulsa, ok they have the fastest FWD dsm of date i know of i think.

Hmm, sounds pretty awesome. Just a point of reference, here is a site that shows a few times. I know it isn't complete since a couple of guys on here have times that aren't posted but it is a decent reference to see what guys setting records are doing/using. DsmTimes. You can sort and see to see different criteria as well.

although i didnt see her on there, i think she runs 9.4 1/4 mile, at least thats the last time she ran, she has a hard time finding slicks to fit any wheels that fit here biGG brembos...
