should i get a 2g, ported 2g, evoIII, or ported evoIII manifold for a 14b setup, I have yet to choose an exhaust setup either, but was wondering which was better?

hmm... this is a pretty lame question. So i will give you some advice, use the search engine and make your own decision! Its the best choice you could do.

Why do we have to help you choose? " Ok fine sell your car :thumb: "
I mean common, all the manifolds you listed are fine. Top it off, every manifold you listed would be an "upgrade" for you, especialy for a 14b. Do you have any goals in mind for you car (drag, street, daily driver) on what your going to use it for.

Im not tryn to sound like a dick, though this type of thread I think would take us to the bench races :thumbdown

get the manifold from SBR it flows better than any of those manifolds and costs the same. But.. to answer your question a ported Evo manifold is better than a ported 2g manifold.

Here it is Folks! The new SBR cast manifold. This manifold has the same external dimensions as the evo, but inside is where we really shine. The runners are larger, the collector is bigger, and it just plain flows more. We cast these with a slightly thicker flange as well to space out for you guys running our turbos with the larger compressor covers.
All manifolds come with 7cm gasket matched to the collector of the manifold.

Want it ported?
