Which intercooler setup?

Trying to find which intercooler set up would be ideal for my goals. Im planning for 500/550 awhp daily driver. I want a short route setup. My car is a 94 gsx and ghe turbo I will be running is the precision 5257 with speed density. Anyone got any suggestions? Thanks!

Well, on the cheaper side you could go with the VRSF frontmount kit. They seem to get good reviews. For a nice kit that has been proven many times over check out the ETS. Finally, if you have an unlimited budget a kit from Buschur Racing would be an awesome choice.

The VRSF kit is a very good kit for the price. Has the shortest route and it is well made.

Vrsf will heat soak bad at that power level.

^ IDK, it is a pretty big intercooler, and fairly thick as well. I beg to differ.
