Because Im cheap/I havent found a need to replace it yet. The stock line is about 6 in size. The most restrictive part of the DSM fuel system is the fuel filter/filter to rail line and I replaced that with a Russel filter and -8 line to the rail.iwantawd said:why do you use the stock line?
But I do see what you are getting at with base pressure.I would think that is a whole other ball of wax. Do you think you are going to be able to reduce the IPW enough to get a proper idle? What do you think atomization is going to be like at that low ass duty cycle? My buddy HighPsi91 runs 1200cc injectors and he seems to do ok although I dont know if I would want to drive around all the time on injector that large.16g-95gsx said:DSMlink is about to allow the use of 1600cc injectors with current support of something like 1200 or more CC's, so Id imagine that wouldnt be too large of an issue
I dont know why you thought I was talking about you. You seem to at least be using some facts. Do you have a guilty conscious?16g-95gsx said:As for spreading mis-information, any of the data I spit out was simply figures quoted from RRE themselves, using VP's own listed specific gravity for C-16 and simple unit conversions in order to get a 12.5:1 lbm ratio between the fueling and air.
