Which brakes do you guys like??

I'm in the middle of a full build up of my 90 GSX and I know I want to get a good set of brakes for the car. I would like to get Wilwood but it says they don't have a kit for the 1G cars. I know you got stoptech, baer, brembo, and a few other but I want you guys that have a 1G to tell me what you like about the kit you have currently on your car. Just looking for some suggestions. Thanks.

we have some really great kits that are very popular on the board. All bolt on upgrades that allow you to get the most of out the stock brake systems.

I bought a FSL kit for my 2g from

TCE Performance Products - Producing Winning Results since 1993

and i couldnt be happier. the service and fitment are stellar. Granted it is a bit pricey but its worth it.

yea just look under my gallery pics. the only real thing you have to worrry about is the backspacing from your rims. if you are like me and change them out over the seasons you will have to make sure you take a good measurement. the FSL kit clears my stock 17s thats why i went with a 4 piston over the 6. I have to put my winters on so the 6 piston wouldnt clear my stocker rims. but when i talked to todd at tce he said there is very little performance difference between the 6 and 4, the pads are the same size.
