Tracks :drag, drift, circuits what do you guys like?

hey guys Im about to go into a business venture, with some friends and investors. Well our idea is to build the ultimate play ground. A friend of mine has a lot of land (his family owns over 30,000 acres) and we plan on building a dirt/mud bog for 4 wheelers and dirt bikes, and also an autocross/ drift track as well as a possible 1/4 mile strip. Well my question to you guys is what kinds of things do you guys like when you go to the track, all aspects of the track, we also plan to open a full performance shop Dyno included and a pro shop for both the street and dirt. If you guys were about to do this what would you guys do. We plan on having the track up in running in the next 5-7 years. The property has to be cleared and zoned and things have to be built, these thing take time.

If you had the resources and enough space, I'd like to see a place that has a combination of all three! A drag strip, a drift course and a decent sized circuit course. Think about all the different genre of clientele and spectators you would have. You could bring in and host and become sanctioned in multiple events in each category, NHRA and IDRC for drag, Formula drift for drift, Time attack or circuit battle for your track, etc. Lot's of potential, and this is something i have thought about, well.... dreamed about having one day too. Would be nice to have the keys to your own track set-up that you could use whenever you want, . Let alone the money you could make from it if you know what your doing. Anyway, good luck man....Awesome!

well I think we should be able to have about a 2-3 mile track, with multiple options on the daily lay out of the track( a left turn becomes a right turn, and I do want to get sanctioned with the NHRA and SCCA, so I will be following their guide lines. also I plan to have the 1/4 set up to where as you cross the 1/8 mile mark time will be noted as well, Im not sure how other drag strips do it. I plan on making this one of the most wanted to visit tracks in the south east. the image is not mine nor what I plan to have the track look like I found it on google trying to get an idea of how to design the track and this one gives so many outcomes to the layout of the track. (same idea of what i want to do) So that way you never come to the same track twice.

The idea is great, but to have access to the funds to do it all is the question. Your talking millions of $$ to build, good luck finding money in a recession. But everyone can dream I guess.
