WHICH block for crankwalk???????

hey guys, i'm not a newb but this is sort of a newb question, which block is more prone to crankwalk? thank you

the 7 bolt engine is more prone to crankwalk and can handle less power because the crank is not nitrate covered, so the crank can be denoted a lot easier and walks....

Theres a lot of theories why they walk. 2g 7 bolts were the worst. However the 1g 7 bolts didn't walk much at all. The 6 bolt is the best motor to start with particulary the 1990 because of there massive rods.

Yeah probably. Everytime people hear about the 7 bolts crankwalk, they freak out. I personally had a 7 bolt and had 130k on it and never crankwalked once. I just blew it do to running a little lean .
