Where to get bumper covers [Merged 2-7] bumpers

The ebay bumper won't have the mitsu symbol on the front and any used you buy will.

Bought one similar to that on ebay and have had no issue, perfect fit.

there are 97+ talon bumpers on ebay also... supposed ly OEM but they aren't as they lack the eagle emblem, the recess is there but the emblem is not impressed in the plastic... i actually like em better that way...

I have actually seen some cheaper OEM 2gb bumpers on ebay I think i ve seen like 75 bucks plus 40 shipping. My cousin has one and it looks great and fits great.

The only crappy part about buying one of these ebay front bumpers, is they don't come with the foglight inserts. I t hink the dealership wants something like $70 for the pair.

I have an apex front mount and I was wondering if it will fill the entire area of a 2gb bumper or will my endtaks or pipeing be visible?

I know for a fact the front bumpers on ebay are NOT fiberglass..but I'm not exactly sure if it is poly-urethane either...I mean for the price I have a feeling it is made out of hard plastic because thats what it feels like.

It flexs..and thats all that matters to me..means if I bottom out I don't have to worry about losing 50% of my bumper.

They are polyurthane

I put one on my talon and it fit like OEM, no complaints! Shipping took maybe a week and a half.

If your concerned about the fog light's, just search trader or the classifieds...

id love to spend 150 on a front bumper instead of 500 but ive had really bad experiences with aftermarket body parts on another car of mine and friends cars.

the whole cars gonna get painted so if it was EXACTLY like oem minus the symbols that would be awsome.

These aren't like the fiberglass el-cheapo body kits...

they fit just like oem.

i think that those talon bumpers could be oem as i just picked my new one up from the chryslrer dealership today and it doesnt ahve the emblem either... i dont know wether or not i like that any way the oem part # is MR296444 and retail is 396.68

Are the bumpers acutally primered? Will an Apex front mount fill the gap with out exposure?

Ok I am looking for like the drift style, or some sort of aftermarket front bumper for my 91.. I keep seeing them that fit the 92-94 but nothing for the 90-91's with the flip up headlights. I love the flip ups vs the long headlights but it makes everything harder to find for my car. I already have a Carbonfiber hood for it so I dont want to convert over to the 92 style font. Is there anything I can do?

I was also wondering if anyone makes a kit to remove hte flip up lights so they are like the RX7's with the lights under glass. That looks way pimp too. Or is there a way to get rid of the darn sealed beams and put in composet lights with REAL HID's. I put real HID's in the sunfire I use to have and it was awesome. Just a simple plug and play kit for that, just had to mount a coupple of boxes for the ignightor and stuff. Anything like that for the 91's

the 92 and up kits can be mad to fit the 90 and 91 cars with flip ups, as for flush conversions u r not the first to talk aobut it or ask, but far as i know no one has made them, there was a buy on here that got pretty far into the process and even had pics! but then i never heard from him again

the only way you can get that look as u described on the rx7 would be to get them custom fabbed which means big bucks. Just go with the chiclet mod or wait for me to write up how to install the pivot headlight controller.

But how hard is bumper to make fit.

requires some fiberglassing and some cutting, a shop that does body work such as body kits would have absolutly no trouble doing it.
